A good fast-road option
If you want a lower stance and tighter handling on the road without the cost of fully adjustable dampers, ST is often the sensible choice. Keep the drop modest on a road car: going too low affects the geometry, ground clearance and tyre wear.

Usually 25 to 35mm is plenty. Beyond that, ground clearance on speed bumps and driveways becomes a problem, and the geometry often needs more correction.
